Ongoing Care for Landscapes
I do not offer open-ended maintenance for any landscape. This service is intentionally limited to my own installed work because that allows me to care for it properly. I know how the planting was designed to look, which areas need to stay cleaner and more structured, and what I am trying to preserve over time. That gives clients a more personal, more knowledgeable, and more consistent level of care.
A Valuable Option for Homeowners Who Are Away
For seasonal homeowners who leave Southwest Florida for part of the year, this service also acts as a property and landscape checkup offering. That may include visual oversight of planting, noticing watering concerns, monitoring the overall condition of the landscape, and light care where needed so the property continues to look neat and well presented. Florida landscapes can change quickly when no one is paying attention. This service is designed to help prevent that.
Maintaining the Standard of the Design
Because this service is only offered for landscapes I have designed and installed, it allows me to provide a more personal and knowledgeable level of care. I am not walking into a random property and guessing what was intended. I already know the design, the plant choices, and the standard we are trying to maintain.
